U.S Stock Futures Are Lower As Markets Continue Their Sluggish Start To September
U.S. stock futures are lower. U.S. equity markets are indicating a slightly lower open as markets continue their sluggish start to September amid Fed policy uncertainty. Treasury Yields are lower this morning after the 2-Yr and 30-Yr closed yesterday at new cycle highs of 3.50% and 3.48% respectively. The US Dollar continues to rally. In economic news, the U.S. Trade Deficit in July decreased 12.6% to $70.6B, narrowly missing expectations of a $70.2B print. Later this afternoon the Fed Beige Book will provide investors with a read on domestic business conditions.
Asian markets finished the day lower and European markets are lower in midday trading.
