U.S. Stock Futures Are Higher After A Downside Surprise in October CPI
U.S. stock futures are higher. U.S. equities are sharply higher in the pre-market after a downside surprise in October CPI which came in at 7.7% year-over-year (vs. 7.9% expected). Treasury Yields and the dollar are dipping this morning. Many key midterm races are still too close to call. Asian markets closed mostly lower and European markets are trading higher. Weekly initial jobless claims came in at 225k (vs. 221k expected).
