US futures are higher ahead of September home price data and a read on November consumer confidence. The October Trade deficit increased to $68.3 B, above estimates of a deficit of $64.8 B. The September Case-Shiller home price index rose in line with forecasts at 6.2% yoy. At 10:00am the market will get a reading on November consumer confidence, with estimates at 124.5. European shares are higher after the results of the BOEâ€™s bank stress tests showed that no banks are in need of raising capital. Asian shares closed mixed with weakness in exporting companies.
